Kirklands River Tweed Salmon Fishing, Scotland

Our well appointed self catering properties are within easy reach of most of the Middle Tweed beats. The salmon season starts on the 1st of February running through to the 30th of November with no Sunday fishing at any time of the year. Spinning is allowed from the 15th of February with March and April being regarded as the best "Spring" months. Summer, with warmer temperatures, is a good time to experience salmon fishing at an affordable price (see our mix/match details on the home page). Water levels permitting, salmon and sea trout can be caught at a relaxing time of the year when hopefully thermal clothing can be left at home!
